I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, offering beautiful views. The staff, including waiters, bar staff, and housekeeping, were exceptionally friendly and attentive. However, the pool was colder than expected. Overall, a great experience!
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a great location for exploring or relaxing in the sun. The dining experience was delightful, offering a mix of Moroccan and international flavors. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
Upon arriving at the hotel, I found the rooms somewhat disappointing with a stench of dampness lingering in the air, although they were adequately heated and the towels were changed daily. Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant surprise in the toilet. I ended up needing two connecting rooms due to a malfunctioning safe, which incurred extra costs. The service, however, was exceptional and very friendly, particularly the amusement team. The location was ideal, near the town center and within short distances to various amenities. The dining options were a bit lackluster but did offer some enjoyable Moroccan and French specialties. The facilities overall were satisfactory, despite a few shortcomings.
The hotel has a lovely location near the Agadir promenade and beach, offering easy access to everything. The rooms, although a bit worn in places, were cleaned daily. The service provided by the staff was mostly great, although a bit inconsistent at times. The dining options had a mix of Moroccan and international flavors but could be improved. The lack of a bar created a peaceful environment near the beach.
The hotel overlooks the pool and gardens, providing a lovely view in the evenings. The rooms were kept clean, but some need repair work and had an unpleasant odor. The sheets were not clean, with visible spots, and the shower tub was dangerously high. The air conditioner did not work well, and the furniture was extremely old.
